An AWS outage impacted Aiven service deployments in the ME-CENTRAL-1 and ME-SOUTH-1 regions, affecting users' ability to create new nodes and services in these areas. Aiven disabled new resource creation in both regions and recommended users migrate their workloads to other regions or activate disaster recovery plans. The incident lasted over 31 days with Aiven providing workload migration capabilities as the primary resolution method.
