We are investigating a potential backlog that began at approximately 03:00 AM ET. New and updated data may be delayed between third party Practice Management Systems and Aiwyn. Impact: - Recent updates to client and engagement information may be delayed. - Invoices may show outdated or missing information if they rely on the most recent updates. - Account balances and statements may not reflect the latest activity. - Some reports may be missing the most recent data. Our team is actively working to resolve this and restore normal updates as quickly as possible. We'll post another update as soon as we have more information.
