Our team is became aware of an issue issue that affected connectivity of our Los Angeles California Data Ccenter. During the impact window customers could have notice slowness, timeouts and/or connection errors. The issue started at approximately 18:22 UTC and was mitigated at 19:00 UTC for our IPv4 traffic and at 19:08 UTC for our IPv6 traffic. After we implemented a fix, based on current observations, the service is resuming normal operations. We will continue to monitor to ensure that the impact has been fully mitigated. We apologize for the impact and thank you for your patience and continued support.
