We became aware of an issue with our connectivity related to in our Miami, US and Milan, IT data center. During this time customers could have notice performance degradation that lasted from 17:42 UTC to 18:43 UTC on September 14th, 2025. We will be monitoring this to ensure that it remains stable. We apologize for the impact and thank you for your patience and continued support. We are committed to making continuous improvements to make our systems better and prevent a recurrence of this issue.
