Performance degradation for various products in Washington (IAD3)

At 18:41 UTC on October 14th, 2025 we have been able to correct the issues affecting connectivity in our Washington (IAD3) data center. We will be monitoring this to ensure that it remains stable. We apologize for the impact.

We are investigating an emerging issue with Networking issues causing performance degradation for various products including EAA, Bot Manager in Washington (IAD3). We are actively investigating the issue and will provide another update within the next 60 minutes.
