Canada - Online Signup - Email and SMS Consent Issue

We have completed our review and confirmed the affected member records were updated as expected.

The issue has been resolved. If users continue to experience issues receiving email or SMS communications, please reach out through our standard channels.

All affected member records have been updated in our internal systems and Club OS with the expected email and SMS consent preferences.

We are continuing to monitor the fix to ensure consent preferences have been applied as expected.

Our team has identified the affected member records and is beginning the process of updating those users’ email and SMS consent preferences in our internal systems and Club OS.

We will provide another update as remediation progresses.

A hotfix has been deployed to address an issue affecting consent preferences for new member Online Signups.

New member signups completed after the deployment of the hotfix should now have the expected email and SMS consent preferences applied.

Members who signed up prior to the deployment may still have incorrect consent preferences, which may have prevented them from receiving email and SMS communications.

Our team is continuing to monitor the fix and review any previously affected member records.
