We've noticed that on January 5th-8th, 2022 Apple did not add new ratings to the apps' ratings and on January 9th, 2022 many ratings have been added to the total rating amount. That led to the situation when zeros are shown for January 5th-8th, 2022 on Incremental view, and then there is a spike on January 9th, 2022.
From our side we can confirm that there's been no issues with data gathering on AppFollow's side and we reflect the numbers according to the store's metrics.
