JAGGAER (YoMart) Outage

Update from JAGGAER

The full application restart has been completed, and the JAGGAER Production environment is now out of maintenance mode.

Our technical teams have identified the cause of the performance issue and are continuing to work toward a full resolution. We are closely monitoring the environment as these efforts continue.

We will provide another update as additional information becomes available.

ITS received word of an outage with JAGGAER (YoMart), the latest update is as follows:

The JAGGAER Production environment began experiencing performance issues at approximately 11:40 AM ET today, August 19, 2026.

Our technical teams remain actively engaged and are continuing to work toward resolving the issue. As part of these efforts, we need to place the application into maintenance mode to perform a full application restart.

During this time, the application will be temporarily unavailable. We will provide another update once the restart is complete and the application has been taken out of maintenance mode.
