Incident Report

An incident occurred between 00:00 UTC and 04:50 UTC where an expired certificate caused some senders to defer e-mail sending through Area 1. Upon discovery of the issue, the certificates were force updated fleet-wide, preventing further deferrals, and re-sent mail was processed successfully. A more detailed postmortem will be posted upon completion of investigation and corrective actions identified.
