Increased Error Rates in US-1

We are no longer seeing increased error rates in US-1 and we are continuing to monitor this incident.

We have identified and implemented a successful fix for this incident and we are starting to see signs of recovery.

This incident remains under investigation. We are not seeing improvement in error rates in US-1 at this time. We continue to work towards resolution of this incident and will post here when the root cause has been identified.

We are reviewing the results of troubleshooting measures that have been attempted for this incident, however error rates in US-1 are still persisting. We will post additional updates here as soon as we have further information.
