Increased Error Rates Public Cloud US-3

We applied a fix for this issue and error rates have now subsided. We are continuing to monitor the environment.

Our Engineering team has identified what we believe to be the root cause of this issue and we are taking additional mitigation measures to limit the impact our customers are currently experiencing.
