Network Issue Under Investigation

Error rates have subsided and our team is monitoring.

We are seeing some resolution for these network errors as our Edge Provider has implemented some additional mitigation actions. We will provide further updates in 15 minutes as we continue to work with our provider.

Our Edge Provider is working towards a fix. This impacts customers utilizing traffic specifically from their Virginia-based colocation. We are working with our provider directly on getting additional updates as they work to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We will post an additional update here in approximately 30 minutes.

Our Edge Provider has identified an issue that is impacting traffic and is working towards mitigation urgently. We will provide additional updates here in approximately 15 minutes as we work with them to understand the root cause of this issue and remediate impact to our customers.

We are investigating reports of network latency impacting specific US localities due to an issue on one of our Edge Provider's colocations. We are working urgently to investigate this issue and we will advise shortly as our investigation progresses.
