Notice of Planned Maintenance Window for Log Streaming and Log Retrieval on AU Public Cloud

Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

Due to additional activities surrounding this maintenance event, our Engineering team is taking additional steps and will now be performing the live cutover of log services at 11UTC on October 22nd. This is not expected to have any impact on core authentication and logs may be delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to work through these maintenance activities with minimal customer disruption to our service.

Due to an issue with our cloud provider impacting customers, this maintenance activity will be postponed.

Next date is October 21th at 11am UTC

Log streaming and log retrieval will not be available briefly due to a planned maintenance operation on AU Public Cloud, beginning at 11:00 UTC on Monday October 20.

We do not expect that logs will be lost, however they may be delayed for a few minutes.

Maintenance is scheduled between 11:00 and 12:00 UTC.

Note that Authentication and Management API are NOT impacted as part of this planned maintenance.
