Increased Error Rates on US-3 Public Cloud

Our Engineering team has taken the necessary remediation steps and we are now observing full recovery in the environment. We are continuing to monitor this issue, however all symptoms have resolved.

We've identified a potential issue with database queries and connections which service this environment. We have engaged additional Engineering resources to review the logs associated with this issue and we will provide an additional update in approximately 30 minutes as we discuss any further actions to alleviate the symptoms observed.

Our Engineering team is investigating load on one of our databases servicing this environment. We will provide additional updates here in approximately 15-30 minutes as we work to identify the root cause of this issue and discuss any necessary mitigation.
