Outage Details
Some tests that use browsers on Windows 10, macOS, or real mobile devices fail due to an issue in the device farm we use.
In this case, the affected test executions end with the status "internal_error," so this failure case won't consume your test execution counts.
In concrete, there are two types of failure modes;
1. Test results are not displayed
2. Test fails in step 1, and it results in an internal_error
We checked the test result history and found that this symptom started on October 7 (Timezone: JST) gradually.
We're investigating and monitoring to identify this symptom.
