We are investigating reports of customers receiving the following error message, “Your AutoCAD license is not valid”, while trying to use the following desktop products (versions 2016-2020); AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, and Civil 3D. We are actively looking into this and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.

This issue has been resolved and customers should now be able to use the following Windows desktop products, AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, and Civil 3D (versions 2016-2020). Thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked to resolve this issue.

We have implemented a solution to resolve the issue affecting customers who received the following error message, “Your AutoCAD license is not valid”, while trying to use the following Windows desktop products, AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, and Civil 3D (versions 2016-2020) and our team is currently monitoring the situation. We have identified the cause of the issue where some customers are receiving the following error message, “Your AutoCAD license is not valid”, while trying to use the following desktop products running Windows (versions 2016-2020); AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, and Civil 3D. Our team is actively working on resolving this as quickly as possible. We will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share
