We are investigating an issue where customers are experiencing latency and failed operations while accessing Revit Cloud Worksharing / Cloud Models associated with BIM 360 Team projects. Workflows for BIM 360 Docs & Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) projects are not affected. We are actively looking into this and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.

We are investigating an issue where customers are experiencing latency and failed operations while accessing Revit Cloud Worksharing / Cloud Models associated with BIM 360 Team projects. Workflows for BIM 360 Docs & Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) projects are not affected. We subsequently determined that this issue is also affecting Autodesk Drive. We are actively looking into this and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
