We are continuing to investigate where customers experiencing latency in processing files and being stuck when trying to upload PDFs in Autodesk Docs and Autodesk Build in the US region. We subsequently determined that this issue is also affecting BIM 360 Docs in the US region. We will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
