As a workaround, customers can close their browser and create a new account before attempting to create a hub again. We are continuing to investigate an issue where customers are unable to create projects and new hubs in A360 and Fusion Team. We subsequently determined that this issue is also affecting Fusion. We are actively looking into this and we will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.

We are continuing to investigate an issue where customers are unable to create projects and new hubs in A360 and Fusion Team. We previously provided a workaround for creating new hubs in A360 and Fusion Team. This workaround is no longer feasible. We will provide an update within 60 minutes or sooner if we have more information to share.
