Starting at approximately 14:15 UTC October 27, 2025, customers may experience authentication failures when interacting with Databricks Apps and Model Serving endpoints.
As of 17:10 UTC, Databricks Apps are no longer affected. Investigation is still ongoing for Model Serving.

Starting at approximately 14:15 UTC October 27, 2025, customers may experience authentication failures when interacting with Databricks Apps, Model Serving endpoints and Vector Search.
As of 17:10 UTC, Databricks Apps and Foundation Model API queries are no longer affected. Investigation is still ongoing for Model Serving and Vector Search.
