Symptoms:

 - Serverless compute resources failing to start
 - Jobs or queries using Serverless Compute not progressing

Recommendations:
No customer action is required at this time. Our team is actively working on resolution.

Current Status:
Our engineering team has identified a potential cause and is deploying a fix. Service restoration is in progress.

 Starting at 17 February 2026 20:06 UTC, Serverless Compute in AWS US East (Ohio) may fail to launch for workspaces with private connectivity configured.

Symptoms:
 - Workspaces using private connectivity features such as Secure Egress Gateway and Private Link may be unable to launch new Serverless Compute workloads
 - Serverless Compute resources may fail to start with timeout errors

Recommendations:
No customer action is required at this time.

Current Status:
Our engineering teams have identified the issue and are actively working on remediation. Impact is limited to workspaces with private connectivity configured.
