1:23 PM PDT We are investigating connectivity issues and WorkSpaces automatically rebooting in the US-EAST-1 Region.

2:05 PM PDT We can confirm an issue causing a loss of connectivity and reboots for a subset of Windows WorkSpaces in the US-EAST-1 Region. We have identified the root cause and are rolling out a mitigation.

3:26 PM PDT We are currently deploying a mitigation for the issue that is causing loss of connectivity and reboots for a subset of Windows WorkSpaces in the US-EAST-1 Region. Workspaces will recover as this mitigation is deployed.

5:01 PM PDT We continue to see recovery for some Windows WorkSpaces as our mitigation is deployed in the US-EAST-1 Region.

6:10 PM PDT Recently, we experienced an issue that caused loss of connectivity and reboots for a subset of Windows WorkSpaces in the US-EAST-1 Region. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
