10:34 AM PST We can confirm increased error rates and delivery latency for a subset of SNS and Pinpoint customers delivering SMS messages via US toll-free numbers and some long codes. We are working with our partners to resolve this issue, and will continue to provide updates until the issue is fully resolved.
