Slow Performance in Asia Pacific

We see recovery of our systems. Triggering of pipelines (e.g. from pull requests) and merging should not be delayed any more. We are further looking into telemetry to see if the system is healthy.

We are actively observing the mitigation applied to fix the slowness. The customers will still continue to experience slowness with pipelines and repositories. We will share the next update at 14:30UTC.

Our engineers have identified that some of the jobs have higher execution times, causing slowness. We are restarting our agents to see if this helps mitigate the issue. This process will take approximately an hour. We will provide an update at 13:15 UTC on the progress.

Adding more resources didn't help. Our engineers are still working to understand and mitigate the issue.

We have added more resources to our infra. Currently, we are observing if that helps reduce the slowness.
