Potential queuing delays for Microsoft-hosted pipeline agents for Ubuntu 24 images

We are seeing capacity constraints in that region, and we are applying mitigation to free up more capacity. Current estimate for fully mitigate the issue is around 6 hours. Our engineers will continue to monitor the situation.

Our engineers are currently investigating an event impacting Azure DevOps hosted pools. Customers may experience longer wait times after queuing their pipelines. The event is being triaged and we will post an update as soon as we know more.
