Linux clients intermittent failures running git commands

We have identified the cause of the issue and are currently in the process of executing mitigations.

We have confirmed that this issue only affects Linux clients, and that retrying the command is likely to resolve the issue.

We continue to investigate a path to mitigation and the root cause.

Git commands on some Linux hosts are failing with the message

`server certificate verification failed. CAfile: none CRLfile: none`
