Azure DevOps experienced a 3.8-hour availability degradation across multiple services — including Pipelines, Boards, Repos, Artifacts, and Test Plans — affecting regions globally. Users reported 500 errors, inaccessible Release Pipelines, downed Artifacts feeds, and slow performance across the platform. The incident was caused by a misconfiguration change, which engineers identified and reverted to fully restore services.
