Users in East US and pipelines running on agents located in proximity to the region might see HTTP 429 responses for a small number of requests due to current traffic conditions in the region. This could manifest in the pipeline logs as "Too many requests". The underlying Azure infrastructure issue is being actively worked on. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
