Managed Identity - China - Investigating

Impact Statement: Starting at 02:35 CST on 04 Aug 2023, Customers using Managed Identity for Azure resources may receive failures when creating, updating, or deleting Azure resources that have managed identity enabled, or when creating, updating, or deleting user-assigned managed identities. A network configuration change was made that inadvertently blocked traffic for backend Azure services utilizing Managed Identity. Current Status: Engineers are working on rolling back to a previous healthy build to mitigate the issue. The next update will be provided in 60 minutes, or as events warrant.
