Impact to Azure Virtual Machines in multiple regions: Between 01:37 UTC on 26 June 2025 and 03:02 UTC on 26 June 2025, we investigated an alert for Virtual Machines where customers using Virtual Machines may experience issues while performing scaling up operations as well as service management operations for new Azure VM (CRUD) create, read, update, and delete hosted in multiple regions. Any running Azure VM should not be impacted by this issue. This incident has been mitigated. We identified that a change caused backend services to become unstable. The change was rolled back to a previously stable build to fix the issue. According to our telemetry, there was minimal impact on customers, and any customer impact should now be mitigated.This is the last update for this incident.
