Current Status: We identified that an unexpected increase in request traffic is causing a portion of the infrastructure to operate below optimal levels. Our on-call engineering teams have identified what we believe to be the relevant contributing factors, and have started to apply mitigations. We are initially applying these in a single region to help validate their effectiveness, before applying them more broadly. We are not able to provide a revised estimate of when this issue will be resolved - but the next update will be provided by 19:30 UTC (in approximately 60 minutes) or sooner if we have more to share.
