We are aware of an incident currently affecting payment bookings within the BC system.
Payment processing is unaffected; however, there is currently a delay between payment receipt on inbound transactions and processing on outbound transactions, with the account balance updating.
Rest assured that we are actively working to remediate this and will provide updates in due course.
