WAF-as-a-Service: Experiencing outages in multiple regions

Configuration propagation issues have been addressed and returning back to normal. The logs are starting to show up as the backlog is being cleared.

Currently still working on configuration propagation issues (limited number of applications) and the issue of logs not propagating/showing up on the UI.

Traffic related issues have been addressed in all regions - we are working on the config propagation issues still seen on some applications.

All regions are back online - we are still continuing to monitor the situation for some time before marking it as Resolved.

Regions are coming back online across the world - we are monitoring the status now to stability issues. Very close to being 100% operational again.

Regions are slowly coming back up online - please note it might take some more time to get all regions operational again. Updates will continue to keep flowing till all the regions are back live.

We are continuing to work on a stable fix for the issue - please stay tuned for further updates.

The issue has been identified as a memory resource limitation on the Redis Cloud and they are also experiencing outages at this time which is hindering our progress in bringing the infrastructure back up again. Working on bringing up the regions as soon as we can - please stay tuned.

Investigating an outage in multiple regions that are causing downtime for multiple applications in each region. Seems to be caused by a memory crunch in our infrastructure. Working on it on highest priority.
