The issue has been fixed and we are now monitoring the status for some time before marking this as Resolved.

The issue has been identified as being related to the WAFaaS outage reported earlier which caused a huge buildup of logs to be processed - we have scaled up our infrastructure to handle the backlog quickly and effectively but it will take time to return to real-time processing.
