Microsoft Azure outage - IDE unavailable

We are happy to announce that the outage affecting the zones nl3, nl4, nl6, us2, ca4, and private zones (3,4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14,15,16,17, 18, 19) has now been fully resolved, and all services are back online.
