Emails are not being sent

We have been informed by external vendor that the email delivery issue affecting Microsoft accounts has been resolved. Users who were previously unable to receive 2FA verification codes can now requesting a new one. Additionally, please note that any emails delayed earlier today were not lost; they will be now sent. Thanks for your patient and understanding.

We are currently experiencing delays and delivery issues with sending and receiving emails. Microsoft email accounts are affected. As the cause lies directly with the provider, we have no direct influence on resolving the issue. We continue to monitor the situation closely.

We have identified the issue and are currently preparing an alternative solution so that emails can be received and sent reliably again.

Currently, system emails from bexio (e.g., forgot password, 2FA codes, company invitations, sending of your invoices, etc.) are experiencing delivery delays due to technical issues at our email provider. We are already working on a solution.
