Provider outage affecting email sends

We're observing recovery after an incident where a 3rd party provider outage caused issues with transactional email sends. We will continue to monitor to ensure that the incident is fully resolved.

We are continuing to observe an outage of a 3rd party provider that is impacting our ability to send transactional emails to our customers (e.g. email validation, etc). The provider is continuing to work to mitigate the issue. We will provide an update within 30 minutes.
