The issue affecting job assignments to our infrastructure has been resolved. Jobs are processing normally, and wait times in the Submitted state have returned to expected levels.
If you stopped and resubmitted project lines per our earlier guidance and are still seeing delays, please contact support.

We are investigating an issue affecting job assignments to our infrastructure, resulting in extended wait times for jobs in the Submitted state. Our engineering team is actively working to identify and resolve the root cause.

Action Required: If your jobs have been waiting in the Submitted state for more than 1 hour, please stop the affected project lines and resubmit them.
