We have resolved an issue that was causing transactions to decline when originating from outside of California for customers who are on the California restricted list or recently removed from the restricted list. If you are on the California restricted list, you may still experience declines for transactions originating from California. If your org uses BBMS and you are on the California restricted list, please contact Support if you still experience declines for non-California transactions. If your org does not use BBMS and is on the California restricted list, you will need to require the Country field on your donation forms for a successful transaction originating from outside California.
