We are currently experiencing an outage affecting the Blend Signing Room, making it inoperable. This issue stems from our vendor responsible for generating the Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) security questions.
We are in close contact with the vendor and will provide an update immediately once the service is restored.
In the interim, we recommend that RON signing appointments be changed to Hybrid or Traditional, or rescheduled for another day.
