7:00pm EDT: All systems have been restored and are operating normally. The operational issues with our hosting provider have been resolved, and our applications and third-party integrations are functioning as expected. We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide a final update tomorrow morning confirming full resolution.

3:45pm EDT: We have mitigated a portion of the issues affecting Bloomerang Fundraising services. However, third-party applications we integrate with, including SendGrid for email sending, continue to be heavily impacted. As previously noted, these issues are due to ongoing operational problems with our hosting provider. We continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide updates as the situation develops.

1:45pm EDT: We are now experiencing major performance issues affecting Bloomerang Fundraising services and the Bloomerang CRM mobile application. Email sending across all applications (related to our third-party email provider, SendGrid) has been impacted at different times throughout the day. All of these issues are due to ongoing operational problems with our hosting provider. We continue to monitor the situation closely and are reviewing all third-party providers we use for our applications. We will provide updates as the situation develops.

The hosting provider issues continue to impact our services. In addition to Bloomerang Fundraising, customers may now experience problems with the Bloomerang CRM mobile application, including video acknowledgements and pairing credit card readers. We are closely monitoring and will provide updates as the situation changes.
