Option 1 (preferred):
Log out of your current session.
Navigate to https://org-admin.bluebeam. (for example, https://org-admin.bluebeam.com).
Select your correct region and log in again.
Option 2:
Log out of your current session.
Go to https://app.bluebeam./org-admin (for example, https://app.bluebeam.com/org-admin).
Select your region and log in.
Option 3:
If the issue persists, try using a completely different browser (for example, if you’re using Chrome, try Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
