Degraded Performance on Stagehand API

Problem: We are experiencing degraded performance on the Stagehand API.

Impact: Customers are encountering slow query performance when accessing the Stagehand API.

Causes: We identified that queries to the Stagehand database are sporadically taking much longer than expected, but initial database and infrastructure metrics do not indicate resource exhaustion or network latency as the bottleneck.

Steps to resolve: We have rolled Stagehand API pods, updated the status page, and investigated both infrastructure and query execution, but customers are still experiencing degraded performance.
