Cloudflare appears to have fully recovered. We're going to continue to monitor the situation, and we'll move to "Resolved" on our end once we're comfortable with the stability.

Buffer relies on a third-party service called Cloudflare to manage Start Pages. This service is currently experiencing an outage that impacts existing Start Pages, the publishing of new Start Pages, and the ability to publish posts to a Start Page.
