Facebook and Instagram data not updating in Engage, Community (Beta), and Analyze

We’re starting to see data flowing back into Buffer, which is a good sign that things are improving. Our team is still investigating the cause and assessing the full impact, but we wanted to share a quick update to let you know we’re optimistic things will be back to normal soon. We’re currently investigating an issue where new posts and comments from Facebook and Instagram are not appearing in Engage or Community (Beta). This may also affect data in Analyze. Our initial findings suggest this may be related to an issue on Meta’s side, but we’re still working to confirm the root cause and full impact. We’ll share updates here as soon as we learn more.
