Increase of Posts Stuck in Processing

A fix has been implemented, and posting appears to be functioning normally again. We are closely monitoring the situation to ensure everything remains stable.

Please note that posts that were stuck in the "Sending..." status will ultimately fail and must be manually retried. If you have any questions about how your account was affected, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Please note that posts that are stuck in processing will fail to be sent:

• All Instagram posts

• LinkedIn posts with media

• Threads posts with media

• Facebook posts with media

• Pinterest posts with videos

We’re currently investigating an issue causing an increase of posts to get stuck in processing for many users.
