Service Outage

The incident has been resolved and services are operating normally from the new data center. Our team continues monitoring and validating the new infrastructure to ensure long term stability.

Older data has been largely restored. However, some log data from earlier today and parts of the weekend still appear to be missing. We are continuing recovery efforts to restore as much remaining data as possible.

Services have been stable in the new data center and logs are being processed normally again. We are now starting the recovery of missing data.

The incident is resolved. Core services are stable in the new data center, and we are monitoring the platform to confirm everything continues to perform normally.

Web dashboard (dashboard.bugfender.com) and log ingestion are operating normally. If you notice anything unusual, please contact support.

Data recovery: As mentioned earlier, about half of the historical logs have been restored. We will schedule a second recovery phase for the remaining data and share timing on this page once the window is confirmed.

Services have been restored in a completely new data center after the critical outage. We are still working to stabilize the system, and some services may remain degraded while this process continues.
