CLA+ & Construction Financials Borrower submission rule issue

We have resolved the issue impacting CLA+ and Project Financials, causing borrower submission rules not to appear on draws created on 5/5 or 5/6. The issue is resolved for any new draws that are created. Please discard and recreate any draws that were created on 5/5 or 5/6 that are part of workflows which contain borrower submission rules

We have identified the cause of an incident impacting CLA+ and Project Financials, causing borrower submission rules not to appear on draws created yesterday or today (5/5-6). When creating new draws, you can temporarily work around this issue by editing and re-saving any workflows w/ borrower submission rules. Draws created prior to yesterday (i.e. before 5/5) are functioning correctly.
