As of 5:00 AM CDT on October 21st 2025 users have been able to access their Built accounts. After 6 hours of monitoring without any issues we resolving this incident. All file-based and scheduled pipelines have been rerun that would have run during the 24h outage, without any need for customer action.

At approximately 1:30 AM CT on 10/21 we have confirmed recovery for our CLA, LWCP, and Construction Financials for GC's applications including integrations and reporting. We are closely monitoring the situation to ensure the issue is fully resolved.
We are still experiencing errors with our CLA+, Deal Management, and Construction Financials for Owners applications due to downstream providers that may cause intermittent issues.
