We are currently investigating the cause of an incident identified at 10:30 AM CT on 10/22 impacting the Portfolio Page in CLA+, Deal Management, and Construction Financials, causing each property to be displayed twice. Any exports from the Portfolio Page will reflect the same issue. As a workaround, users can go to the Reporting page, which is not impacted and is accurately displaying all data. At this time we do not know the cause of the incident or have an estimated time for resolution. We will provide updates as we have them, and we appreciate your patience while we work to resolve the issue.

As of 1:45 PM CT on 10/22 we’ve confirmed that the fix implemented at 12:30 PM CT fully resolved the issue impacting the Portfolio Page in CLA+, Deal Management, and Construction Financials, causing each property to be displayed twice.

At approximately 12:30 PM CT on 10/22 we implemented a fix for the incident impacting the Portfolio Page in CLA+, Deal Management, and Construction Financials, causing each property to be displayed twice. We are closely monitoring the situation to ensure the issue is fully resolved.
